Quilt Retreat!
Just got home from a 3 day quilt retreat in Bear Lake Idaho with some really incredible women!  They are very talented and so very fun!  We learned some new things, thanks to Patty and Donna,  We ate some really great food thanks to everyone bringing enough food to feed the 5000, and laughed and laughed and laughed into the late hours of the night!  Here are some of the fun things we did and the great women I am honored to call my friends!  Enjoy!  Ruth

In our quilt group we are doing a round robin.  Each participant wrote a short story about their life.  They collected a box of coordinating fabrics and designed and created a block 12 1/2" square that shows something from the story, and then passed it to another participant.  Then the second person made a block designed from another part of the story.  Here is my quilt after 3 months.  I'm liking it!  Ruth
